ELECTROPNEUMATIC PANTS FINISHER FOR TROUSERS WITHOUT PLEATS

The 320 is an electropneumatic pants finisher for trousers without pleats, designed to combine high productivity and finishing quality with a compact footprint and reduced energy consumption. Front flap and front pockets are pressed simultaneously.

The pants finisher is supplied with:

• Touch Screen NX7
• 4 steaming and blowing stations fitted on rotating plate
• shaped top forms (tension is applied to the sides of the trouser top)
• medium-size shaped forms fitted as standard
• trouser tensioning device with mechanical adjustment for pressing both babies/short and large size men’s trousers (possibility of legs sizing by changing the loading position upwards)
• pneumatic adjustment of leg and top tension, with sensor-controlled position locking
• adjustable steam flow
• adjustable air blowing flow
• front flap blocking device and rear belt
• swivelling, oscillating leg-bottom clamp unit
• steam superheater
• air blowing by 2,2Kw electric fan
• hot or cold air
• adjustable clamps pressure
• electronic time set-up for steaming, air blowing delay, air blowing and anticipated clamps opening
• production counter

The machine is adapted to be connected to main plants of steam (max.10 bar), compressed air (6 Bar) and electric energy.
